obsidianblaq's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the end of summer school starts in 8 days. thats cool. looking forward to that actually. friend of mine from judo starts gr 9 this year and he called me this morning to ask if i wanted to walk with him to school the first day, invited me over for lunch as well. i'm his senior buddy :D starting grade 12 this year. it's a little scary. didn't i start this diary in grade 9?? it seems so long ago. i'm a little scared about starting gr 12. not really, but kinda. senior year. thrilling yet disturbing. doesn't really count though, because i'm staying for an extra semester, maybe a year. i didn't get my schedule mailed to me cause it was being held in the guidance office due to a conflict in my courses. luckily for me though, one of the guidance councellors called me from home and we figured it out over the phone in 10 minutes instead of having to spend 2 hours in the guidance office. so this year first semester i've got:

it looks like a good year. arts a fun course. i like english. computer science is going to be entertaining. and girls fitness will be good too. so first semester's amazing, actually. second semester, french is kinda eh... i could care less. i can do well if i want to. i'm retaking my gr 11 math, except the mixed course, not the academic one. we'll see how that goes. but then i have commtech AND a spare. so that balances out the morning of french and math. yep, it'll be a good year. next year i have to take my gr 12 math and a french SAP class. then i'll take a media studies and another computer science i suppose. if i stay the second semester as well, which i might not.. maybe i'll get a coop placement or just work, i'll take the environmental course. so yea, thats what school looks like academically for the next 2 years. only 8 days to go. 8 days of summer. schools good though. i like the atmosphere, the classes i have this year, the routine. just sucks schools starting an hour earlier this year. ah well. anyways, thats my spiel on school. now for the end of summer parties. adios. 2:41 p.m. - 2004-08-30 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
